Help!

Hello
I'm hoping you can help me. I purchased a rose bush that was supposed to be an apricot colored westerland climbing rose. Now that there are a few blooms, it's apparently not a westerland since it is yellow. It also does not have much of a scent :(
My issue is, I have no idea if it's a climber, a shrub or something else. I'm hoping you can help me figure out what the heck it is :)
