Overwintering

I live in Canada so I'm wondering if I can keep this outside during winter.
It would be situated close to the house and under an eave so would see some snow, and extreme cold.

Hi, I would recommend bringing it inside during extreme weather just so it last for a long time.

    Thanks,

Um, thanks Omar. Are you the artist or answering out of concern/knowledge? I did inquire before purchasing as I wanted to make sure my several hundred dollar purchase could withstand the climate. As it is an awkward piece (in shape), I don't want to have to bring in and store over winter.

Hi, yes I am the artist and make all these pieces myself. I would recommend giving the piece a clear coat of rustoleum before the harsh winter for some added protection but not entirely necessary. Also just to let you know that if you do choose to store the piece you can easily squeeze the leaves in toward the center of itself and wrap a lace or some sort of tie around it for easy storage.

The piece is durable and will last a long time, let me know if you have any other questions.

    Thanks

    omar
