Can you give the dimensions of the room? Specifically the length of the wall from the corner to the door. If the vanity can go on the wall where the bean bag is, you might be able to fit a small scale settee or bench where the vanity was, facing the bed or at the end of it.

As you look, keep in mind that choosing something neutral will allow you to repurpose it in other rooms many times over the years. So rather than focussing on a beach theme, think of future use and go with something that supports and coordinates with beach but doesn't necessarily overtly scream beach.

Fleur-most likely there will only be one person sitting on something that size - why not consider a comfy chair with a floor lamp and small table instead..it would be more flexible. If it's in corner facing bed, you even have a bit of space for a small foot stool..

I like the idea of moving your vanity to the left of the window and using the daylight to see yourself when you apply makeup. That allows for a fairly long bench you could put at the end of your bed and still allow good walk space to your vanity. Hanging a wicker mirror over the vanity would give great look to the room and make seem larger as you walk in as well. Place your beach letters on the wall across from the bed so you dream of the beach before you go to sleep!

Love your wall color! I agree with the other Houzzers that a bench, or loveseat would be ideal. Good luck on your project!
