Here's one of them, Sweet Mademoiselle.

Quite nice, I think.

Hah! That's funny. I was looking at their website today too! I want FRIDA KAHLO and PARADE DAY. Oh and EASY ON THE EYES.... (like I need any more ...)

I like that Sweet Mademoiselle looks like the type who's blooms well do well here.

Thats funny Beth I can't ever resist looking when I know those new ones will be showing up.

Oh how exciting! Guilt free shopping for "next " year :)

does anyone remember how much their Austins go for ?

Ive never ordered from them , they sure do have a lot to choose from !

Oh dear. I seriously don't need to look but you know I will. Lilyfinch I've always received nice bareroots from them if you decide to order. Not quite as big as Palatine but still very nice. I love both places.

I am VERY excited about Sweet Mademoiselle, aka Mademoiselle Meilland. When it was first introduced by Meilland I was hoping it would make it here to the US. I do hope more info becomes available on Moonlight Romantica. Thanks, Patty!

Wow thank you Dave, Those 2 for sure need to live here. Vigorous as own root plants, excellent health and gorgeous blooms. Heaven help me I'm out of here to find them a spot.

I tried to look at the Star Roses catalog yesterday to see those roses too, but for some reason I couldn't get it to work! Glad to see you were able to get to it Dave! It's nice to see that Meilland is still doing the Romantica series.

Hey Beth - I just got Easy on the Eyes from MI Bulb - OR bare root, super on sale, and it is HUGE! I've been waiting all year for it to go on sale and it finally did.

Wow Sweet Mme looks gorgeous! Unfortunately I truly have no room. Maybe one I have will do poorly and an open spot will be available!

Hey Dingo, show us some pics when you get a chance. I'm dyin' to see that one! I couldn't order it from MI Bulb because they must've had some kinds of contract not to ship the early-release roses to CA.

Oh what a bummer Beth! I just planted it this afternoon, I hope it does ok but we are having some cooler weather now. Will get some pics later!

Have any of you received Sweet Mademoiselle? Can you please share the pics? I should be receiving mine form J&P In the mid of February.

Lilyfinch

Young Lycidas o.r.: Bare Root 42.99 with shipping. It was the only thing I ordered from them.

I just noticed the date. I guess you probably knew by now. lol

Witchy, it's such a beautiful rose! Hope you enjoy it . I can't remember if I ever had that one . I had bought a bunch on clearance one year but some died over winter .

I am a sucker for any bloom that looks Austin-y , add purple and that's it. Gotta have it! lol
