My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

open concept kitchen

We are in a small house and we are opening up the kitchen to the family room. We just found out we have to have a beam either in the entry way/family room OR we can add it to the island. I have no idea and both are stressing me out. Anyone have this issue or can provide feedback.
