What color grout do you use with the wavy white tiles?

I used white on this application.

Is the Ona blanco more of a white color? can i pair this with Cambria Torquay countertop?

Did you use a stacked pattern for the Ona tile? And how did you get the shower fixtures flat against the dimensional tile?
