Harvest!

I've canned 10 half pints and 2 pints of pickled beets and have a few more for fresh eating that I planted a little later (if the heat doesn't get them). We've had lots of carrots and peas but they are pretty much done, I didn't plant a ton of anything. Cabbages are coming along nicely, hope to have lots of kraut from those babies. The heat has taken its toll on the garden even though I've kept it watered quite well. Chinese cabbage, spinach, some lettuces, and radishes were quick to bolt. Peas went by literally over night, it seemed. My main canning goals from what I have left are tomato products (some of you will recall I've not had much luck with them in recent years, but all are looking good), green beans, and kraut. May add dehydrated onion for powder to this year's to-do list. What is everyone else harvesting? Lori
