My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Our new living room/great room!

This project was a labor of love! We went from 1980 solid wood tongue & groove paneling, popcorn ceilings, older carpet, dated light fixtures, brass fireplace doors, a painted brick fireplace, golden oak/provincial stain colors, and more.....to a more open concept with more natural light. The windows above the bookcases were installed when we got new siding. What a difference that has made as well. :-)

      The trim color is "White Dove" OC-17 by Benjamin Moore. The walls are also the same color but in an eggshell finish.

      The bookshelves used to be a Golden Oak color but we decided to darken them a little bit with a custom stain. The wood is darker but there's still warmth that comes through the bookshelves. :-)
