58" can be one roman blind. It will be more hassle for you to open and close two at this width. It's unlikely you will want to open one side and not the other... just a practical suggestion. Of course we could make better recommendations with some photos.

Sorry, it's actually 88" width and 58" height. I got mixed up. That's why I was asking about whether it would be better to split up.

Oh yes, well I would divide that up for sure. I would divide it by 3 personally. Odd numbers always look better your eyes have a central point to rest on. Each one would be about 29". You could have them make the blind as one piece, just seam it so it looks like 3.

Hmm.. yes these would be custom and seamed in two places so it appeared to be 3 blinds. For that size, you might be hard pressed to get a shade ready made, but you could go to www.theshadestore.com for ideas!
