Would it not make sense if I have a kohler stage sink 45" if the sink is not on the same side as the stove?

I would prep my vegetables at the sink, but then I would have to turn around to face the stove.

I bought a preconstruction condo, and I want to change the default 33" to the 45" stage kohler sink. I cook a lot and I think the bigger sink would help, but at the same time, I don't want it to feel like I dumb mistake because there's a huge counter space next to the stove.

Please let me know what you all think, any help is much appreciated! :)
