Should I match the roof or the brick?

After trying many different combinations and colors...And based on feedback from another thread the overall consensus was that a dark deck color would provide nice contrast. I originally wanted to avoid a dark floor, but lighter colors did not look good against the blue and were not kid/dog friendly. Now the question is do I go with a grey/brown (left) that coordinates with the roof or with a dark brown (right) that coordinates better with the brick? Decisions, decisions... NOTE: These mock ups are not 100% accurate for color, but give a general sense of the color direction. If it matters, the deck furniture is a dark wrought iron with fabrics in the neutral tan family. I think they would work with either deck scheme.

Here's the end result. It's hard to get the photo to represent the color accurately, but I ended up having my own custom color made. It's a warm gray that ties in with the brick and the siding.
