My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      I was reading customers views and the one of the 2 response the barstool was poor quality and wouldn't go up. So i am concerned because i really like these barstools and want them to be as good as they look

      I find that most bar stools will not go up. People are heavy now a days. However, the hydraulic shouldn't have an issue bringing a person down easy. It's a small compromise. BTW. I don't sell bar stools. I've just been shopping and sitting in the things all over the metroplex. Buying online, you really got to see a product 1st. Test drive it, if you know what I mean. I wish someone from HOUZZ would answer our concerns about poor quality. The pics look great though.

      These questions on this platform are going to the wholesaler, not Houzz.

      We stand by the quality of our products and do have a year warranty on this stool.

      We are not able to see responses to Houzz about our products through this portal but I can tell you that this stool is very popular and we have had very few complaints.
