My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What type of wood are these floors. Are they stained or just sanded and varnished?

    Hi Deelynda, the floors are stained engineered hardwood with a polyurethane clear coat. Cheers

    Hi deelynda, this is a prefinished engineered hardwood European White Oak with oil look finish. Aayers Rocky Ridge Collection has same oiled look finish but without oil maintenance. Color is Mist, a lightly wire brushed, smoked, distressed and custom multi layer stained 7 1/2" x 1/2" Wide Plank Prefinished Engineered French Oak.
