My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Yes.

    But I recommend against it for 2 reasons:

    1. It weakens the glass, and can be a starting point for cracks.

    2. It ruins the artistic flow of our texture. Would you put an outlet in the Mona Lisa?

    True and quite funny. I am trying to figure out what to do with the outlets required by code. I tried to hide under countertop but then have to add a mold I do not want... What do you do with the outlets???

    Hide under upper cabinets...or side of walls...or lower cabs. I've seen much creativity to get around codes.
