I was referred to Downing Designs from my local glass shop in Bonita Springs. They said that Jeff could help us with our custom mantel top, and he surely delivered. Jeff was very easy to work with. We went back and forth with a few sketches, and after confirming the exact dimensions, he fired a piece that is truly a work of art! My husband and I could not be happier! Plus, he skillfully placed it on our mantel and helped me set up the app to make our beautiful mantel sing even louder with a combinations of colors, and even synching to music if we so desire. Our new mantel is the final piece of our living room wall fireplace project, and it truly caps off the whole installation. I would not hesitate to use Jeff in the future or refer him to anyone looking for a unique piece of glass artwork.

As a part of my basement finishing project I was looking for a glass product for my bar countertop. After going through what felt like the whole internet I found Jeff at Downing Designs who had a product that I could get at a reasonable price and for the 12.5' x 2' size. White glass is a very modern and upscale looking product and from what I have seen so far pretty durable too. My style is contemporary and this was a fantastic fit. Also ordered a concrete sink with a glass bottom and LED lights. Both look stunning. Jeff took good care of packaging these items and though the crate wasn't handled properly by the people who dropped it off, everything was intact and undamaged. I can unhesitatingly recommend Downing Designs for any of their range of glass based and concrete products.

Jeff Downing brought magic to our backyard tiki bar. He came over to our house for a consultation and proceeded to wow us with his insights and suggestions. Downing Designs created our Master Bathroom glass countertops and a Artistic wave-textured bar tabletop for our outdoor patio. All items were exceptional and we love them. The genius of Downing Designs is Jeff's ability to create beautiful functional art. I chanced upon the spectacular work of Jeff Downing while searching online “Images” in preparation for building our dream home at the beach. I was so inspired by his SurfSink and Wave Backsplash that his products were immediately placed on my worth-splurging-for list. So, I arranged a flight itinerary to travel through Tampa to visit the Downing Designs showroom; I’m so glad that I did! My husband and I really appreciate Jeff’s creativity, energy and follow-through. He is a true professional that delivers quality in a timely manner and is fun to work with. He helped us to incorporate 25 years of beach & travel-treasures into our master bath spa. Jeff is very engaged with his art form of concrete & glass, surpassing our expectation with the final product-- which we helped to create! We highly recommend Downing Designs for that one-of-a-kind special product and a great experience!

Working with Jeff was so easy! Our project was a bit tricky as we have cabinets that sit on the countertop and wanted to have the installation completed in one day. Our first meeting involved templating the top and a detailed discussion of the width and height of the backsplash so it could be ready at the same time as the tops. Jeff worked with and helped our cabinet installer to install the cabinets after he put the top on to ensure a perfect fit of the already fabricated backsplash. He is professional, extremely knowledgeable, and a true artist who loves his work. And fun! My client was beyond thrilled and several hugs were given. The pictures don’t do the glass or workmanship justice. Will post more when all is complete. Thank you Jeff! Looking forward to more projects in the future including a display in our design center when we start the remodel in the new year.

Downing Designs brought our vision for the sinks in our master bathroom renovation to life. Jeff embraced the challenge and allowed us to participate in the design of our fantastically unique ""his" and "hers" creations. We trusted in his expertise as an architect/engineer/chemist with a flair for lighting, and the final result is a functioning work of art on both sides of our bathroom. Even more amazing is how he completed our project while moving his shop across town.
