Hood recommendation

Hi

I'm in the process of redoing my kitchen and need to get a hood. The cooktop I'll be using is a 48" Viking.

Going by the recommendations here I purchased a 54" wide hood with 30" depth (3" wider in every side). I didn't realize that it was for Islands which was something I tried to work around but it looked monstrously large. The kitchen is 13 x 18 and the hood would be on the small side (13 feet side).

I'd prefer something a bit on the minimalist side from looks but most of the sleek looking ones seem to have low CFM and aren't as deep as the range. For example. while this (http://www.homedepot.com/p/ZLINE-48-in-760-CFM-Wall-Mount-Range-Hood-in-Stainless-Steel-with-Crown-Molding-KECRN-48/300081886) looks good it's only 19-20" deep

The ones with higher CFM (1000+) and 24" deep seem to be much larger. http://www.kitchenhoods.ca/shop/range-hoods-on-sale/wall-mount-range-hoods-sale/48-wall-range-hoods-on-sale/victory-twister-max-48-high-cfm-wall-hood-48.html

Is there a decent priced minimalist high cfm hood or should I just go with the Victory Twister-Max? It's the smallest high CFM 24" deep I've been able to find so far.
