They have a few interesting plants. I've never seen a Bismarkia or a Dracaena draco in a park.

The Bizz cant even be found in any bay area botanical garden. Not even at the Palmetum in Oakland. But they do fine here. There's a few young Dracos in Union City. A plantsmen for the city,Nelson Kirk, has a soucal taste in tropical/exotic plants...many exotic plants he has put into local parks and street dividers for the public to enjoy.
