I would use white subway tile from MSI and gray grout. Hope that helps.

I really like the grey tile that you have there. I would use that.

The tile you have shown look pretty, but hard to tell unless you can post it on the back wall you have in photo 1 and remove all the carpenter dust from the counters to better show the color. It's just very hard to appreciate the counter when it can't be fully seen... then better to pick some samples and place them against the wall in the room and photograph... such as the one you are showing.

White might look very nice, but not sure if you counter are white or just off white or?
