Corsican mint, Mentha requenii, has tiny foliage - no more than a 1/4" in size - and looks nothing like any other mint. It is also very flat and grows very close to the ground....usually less than 1/2" tall.

I have never seen any seedlings of it but would suspect them to be very recognizable compared to typical mint species, just by virtue of their size.

Have never seen seed. I would take a clump and divide it. You could get about 50 plants from one small clump. Grow on in a 3 inch pot and replant when their large enough.
