Love the stone and siding

Please tell me if the stone is real or man made and the name. I also love the shakes and siding is it Board and Batten? And the color. would love to replicate this home on Smith Lake where I live.

    The stone is real and is a Tenn dry stack. The shakes are cedar and the siding is board on board siding
