Could you tell me the size of your porch? We are preparing to add a porch onto our ranch. We our planning on 8 feet out, not sure what the length is. I love the transformation by the way; Looks amazing!

It is sooo fabulous!! BUT the practical in me would love to know your costs and what a realtor would say was the value increase. You didn't add square footage which is where the value is usually carried in a home. I saw a home in Fargo years ago that did this and was always impressed but gosh what's the $$$ fall out on something like this?

somewhere in the thread I think she said $30,000 included roof, porch, windows and landscaping. Of course if its been that long the price has risen.
