Would anyone even know where I could ask this where someone might know something that could help?

Maybe some shade cloth. Never thought I'd suggest that for a grapevine but there ya go. How's your moisture down more than a few inches?

Thanks. It does seem kind of dry. so I will increase the water and make sure it goes deep.

Here in AZ it has been hot as well 118 or less. Our vines look ok maybe a little stressed but I can tell yours diffidently have a water issue ....that would be not enough
