I lost my favorite delphinium this past winter, but had some seeds. I have five small plants that I managed to germinate in late Spring, but they

seem weak to me. I think the are succumbing to damping off or gray mold? I'm spraying them with hydrogen peroxide and water hoping that will kill any fungus. I also give them a weak solution of fish and seaweed fertilizer when they need water. I only water from the bottom until damp.

Have I kept them in pots too long in soilless mix? Should I put them out in the garden yet? I wanted them to look twice as big with a strong stem, before planting them in garden, but maybe they would fair better there? What should I do to beef these babies up. I did everything right sanitary wise, even using distilled water, but they are just looking so pathetic.

The other day one fell out of the mix and only had one tiny root. They spend all day and night outdoors, unless it is storming.
