Looking for a specific Hosta with bright purple, dense flowers

Hi everyone, I live in SE MI and have seen some hostas around that I absolutely love but can never get close enough for a photo.

I think they have smaller leaves because I don't normally see the leaves from the curb when I am walking by. They have pretty tall spikes of bright, bright purple flowers, and I believe the flowers go all the way up and down the stalk, not just at the top like a lot of hostas. The flowers are very dense. Flowers face downward. Flower spikes are pointed at the top.

Any ideas?
