You can leave it there and train/prune it away from the house, but it will be a never ending process. Limbs hitting and scuffing the carport, leaves and fruit in the gutter....

If you can, move it. Wait until the tree is dormant, late fall or early spring. Take a lot of the dirt with it and water it well in the spring when the leaves start to push.

Where do you live? Do you have snow? If you do, snow could slide off the roof right on to half of your tree. Heavy snow could break branches. But again, you have car port instead of a garage, you may be in a warm area.

Those trees need to spread out. They don't grow like columnar trees. They should be planted at least 6-8 ft from a fence or a structure even on a dwarf rootstock. Dwarf is also a relative term. A dwarf tree can grow over 10 ft in some cases.

No need to worry. Wait until both trees go dormant. In early spring before buds start to push, dig them up and replant them. Newly planted trees are easy to move and almost always survive when it is done at a dormant stage. Just do not do it when trees are actively growing. They are less likely to survive if you do it now.
