Good evening everyone. I was hoping you could give me your opinion on shutters for our house. This is a picture of the house we are building. For some reason our builder added thick trim around the two windows located in the stucco section. Now we are concerned about shutter placement. I've seen shutters placed outside the trim but I know that's not exactly the correct way for shutters to be placed. My question is, should we just leave the shutters off all together on the stucco windows and just do trim? We will do the brick on the arch. Any other suggestions? I've attached a current picture from today where you can see the trim. Thanks!
