Because It takes 4 weeks?

Tomatoes won't color up when you look at them constantly. :) They will ripen eventually. It takes time.

Edited to add: Both varieties are determinates and tend to ripen their fruit in batches.

FWIW, over-watering and over-fertilizing slow ripening. The plant knows that it isn't in a big hurry to make seeds. Also, heat and cold will slow things down. Redness is about production of lycopene and carotene, and at low and high temps that production is squelched.
