Thank you for your interest! Our rugs are meant for indoor use primarily and may fade if exposed to direct sunlight continuously. They are also quite thin (around 1/8 of an inch thick) and not very absorbent. They are durable, however, so if the absorbency is not an issue, and if you don't keep the rug constantly in the sun, then it should work okay on your porch.
