I like the third choice for it's cleaner, sharper contrasts. I agree w judyg re lamps and (fewer) new pillows

I agree with judyg and studio10001 about the table lamps and pillows.
I would like to add a rug because it is customary in our culture to take off the shoes when they enter the house...I would not like them to sit with the feet getting cold because of the tile flooring. Any rug other than what I have posted is great. Those we few example to show my thought process.

I like all three rugs - but IMO the third one is going to show dog hair worse than the first two.

Hey I would also remove the pillows and replace....and then you can decide one rug or vise versa.....I do like the solid fury one though....
