You'll probably want to post this over on the Vegetable Gardening forum as the focus of this forum is food preservation, canning and the like. But give them more info on the product used when you do so they don't have to look it up to answer. Without knowing the ingredients in the mix you sprayed and how it works - contact or systemically - I don't see why the fruit would be contaminated or inedible.

What do you normally use on the tomato plants? Compare the ingredients labels. If it is a product you feel is safe to use on shrubs then it may well be safe to use on other plants too as most fungicides used for disease control have the same ingredients in them.

Thank you. I'll move this to the correct section. It was actually supposed to be Neem oil and not fungus control. I got them mixed up since my labels rubbed off the bottles. I'll add more information in the new post.
