Budget for a kitchen remodel

Hi, we have a small/medium galley style kitchen that we are remodeling - gutting the old kitchen and replacing with new cabinets, new appliances, countertops, flooring, etc. We have identified new cabinets(Crystal), new appliances(Viking), countertops(Cambria). We are trying to work out a budget for this remodel. What should we be considering in working out the budget?
