Arctic white with low sheen or linen finish?

I am mulling ultra craft charlotte cabinets in either arctic white or melted brie. The melted brie seems too gray/cream to me, but arctic white is BRIGHT. Wondering if your cabinets have regular sheen or low sheen, or any other specialty finish (like "linen") - they look beautiful in the photo!
