My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    • You
      may return your unused item in its original condition and packaging
      within 30 days of receipt. Products that have been altered or modified
      in any way are not eligible for returns, replacements, or refunds.
    • To request a return, click on the "Return or Replace Item" button for your order from Your Orders page.
      Specific return instructions will be provided to you, including the
      return address and a return shipping label, once you initiate a return.
    • You will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
    • If
      you choose to use the return shipping label provided by Houzz, the cost
      of return shipping will be deducted from your final refund, the cost of
      the label will be included in the return instructions.
    • If you
      return the item on your own, we recommend that you insure your return
      shipment and provide Houzz with the shipment tracking number. Refunds
      will not be issued for items damaged in return transit or for returns
      that are never received.
      • In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect:
      • You must notify Houzz within 5 days of receipt.
      • You are entitled to a replacement or refund for your entire order.
