vertical winter veggies?

Gosh, is it that time of year already? Sure is for me. I have a tall trellis that I regularly use for sugar snap peas in the winter. Time to be thinking about something else.

So the question is, what *frost tolerant* vegetable is good for growing vertically on a trellis? Besides peas, I really can't think of any. Plenty of stuff I can grow under a trellis, but what can I grow that actually would use it? Hardy is probably best, as protection on a trellis is more complicated, but I'd entertain semi-hardy ideas. Yeah, I could tie up my swiss chard or leeks, but that would look kinda stupid on a 7-foot trellis.
