Millemium cream looks like it has peach/pink undertones to it. When picking out your backsplash tile pick something that has that as an undertone. Don't do anything with gray because it contrasts the color of the granite. I wouldn't do a different tile above your stove top. Keep it simple and classic so it doesn't date your newly updated kitchen! If you go to a good tile shop they should know what the granite looks like and help you find exactly what you are looking for.

A decorative pattern above the stove is a dated design choice now. Keep it simple and use the same tile all throughout. Not sure what your style is but the glass tile might be a little too modern for that stone.
