You need a bathmat and some kind of art on the wall. The tile and top looks nice.

Get some color in there. Hang something colorful on the wall and use a color from it for the towels. Replace the box of stuff on counter with colorful bottle of soap & lotion from Bath & body Works. If this is a guest bath why is there so much stuff on countertop & in shower?

A subtle, light blue/gray wall color would do wonders. And a patterned, modern rug by vanity.

You've got a decent set up there! I would say some art/pop of color on the walls so it's not quite as neutral/brown. I might also suggest thinking about a different mirror for some more visual interest (and something that isn't brown) for some balance.
