If you give us a name of the variety - may be people will give some input on it.

The variety is "Girl's Night Out"

Leaves are growing pointed up on this Girls Night Out, too.

If it will bloom like this - the plant is happy...

Yep .... some plants tend to point their leaves downward (i.e. hug the pot), ... on others the foliage tends to lie flatter, ... some tend to reach for the sky, ... and all points in-between.

As Irini said, ... all that matters is that the plant is happy ... and you are happy with the plant. You won't be able to change the (naatural) growth pattern of the plant. If it really is an issue for you ... you might have to find a more suitable plant as a replacement.

I am finding that there are AV growth patterns that really work for me ... and a few that don't ...
