Nope, sorry. Not only is there no tested or approved recipe for it but most recipes are far too thick for safe canning not to mention too many restricted ingredients - oils, butter, meats, coconut milk, lots of low acid vegetables with little to no added acid, fresh herbs rather than dried, curry paste, etc. At the very least with those ingredients it would have to be pressure canned.

Most recipes I have seen actually have little in common with what is normally considered salsa and what makes salsa safe is all the added acid it requires and its soupy character.

Unless you have a specific recipe that leaves all those things out then it is freezer preservation only, not canned.
