I just got back from vacation and the spots are still there but didn't seem to spread at all.. should I put a Third application of Bayer down in another week which will be 2 weeks since before I left for vacation?? and will these spots abate? or will I have to sod them in Fall? Thanks my Lawn Friends :)

Google turf fungicide rotation or resistance. You do not want to use the same product over and over.

I First put down the Bayer spray fungicide then the Granular now should I try the Scotts????

Check the active ingredient, and rotate between different ones.

I really like Patch Pro (liquid) product. They will price match the Amazon price if you call the vendor directly. Really easy to apply has pretty much taken care of my leaf spot issues.

Thanks Zeus, slowly learning about fungicides Lol

NP! I was trying to maintain the turf with stready rotation of Serenade and Companion and cracked corn starting back in May. Still ended up having leaf spot / melting out and did not want to repeat the same turf destruction as last yr.

I use my hose end sprayer and applied it per the labels recommendation of disease. For me it is 1 to 2 oz per 1k, applying takes very little time.

Patch Pro is same AI as Bayer Fungus Control, just FYI.

Not only AI. You need to do the research and see if mode of action is different. Contact fungicides, like Daconil, don't have nearly as much problem with resistance. Last I heard it is no longer labelled for residential lawns even though the AI is readily available in most garden stores.

I rotated this year between Heritage G (1 app), Bayer Fungus (2 consecutive apps), and Scotts Fungus (2 apps). all 3 use different AI.

Just a comment about forum protocol. Using Question, or Help, or Now What? as your topic heading is not helpful to anyone. I know it's done all the time, and in casual conversation those terms work, but in forums you will get a much better response by giving hints as to what your question is. Had you said, "3rd Application of Fungicide?" as your topic, then the fungicide guys would be swarming here. Getting a touch more specific helps the experts on those topics find you, and it keeps the newbs who don't care about your issue from spending time reading something that doesn't pertain to them.

Don't mean to be the forum police - just trying to help you to help yourself.

Owlnsr...I think that's perfect for the readily available ones.

I think you can just double check what ever your using and make sure they are not in the same grouping:
