What people call a flower on aroids is actually an inflorescence, it is comprised of lots of male and female flowers which are quite tiny. The female flowers, if they are properly fertilised, develop into fruits or berries with seeds inside. They can take a long time to ripen and the seed inside should never be allowed to dry out after harvesting. They do need to be planted fresh and kept warm and humid.

That said, don't be surprised if nothing comes of it. It's not usual for them to produce seed.

I've bees swarming all over that thing so hopefully will fertilize ... and I've the ability for warm and cozy if they produce seeds..

It's no effort to try so why not! I have "Tea Cups" which I suspect is the same as "Big Dipper". They come from a 'sport' in Thailand which was cloned to keep the same characteristics as the parent plant. Some people got the plant into the US and changed the name to give it a bit of "exclusivity". Being a 'sport' or aberration you can never know how any seedlings might turn out. I've found with mine that although they flower easily they've never produced any berries or seeds. But they vegetate prolifically from runners. I grow mine standing in shallow water.
