Hydraulic lift cart adjustment

I bought this cart from Harbor Freight to use for my dog grooming business. When I use the foot petal to raise the table it only lifts a very small amount each time. Is there any way to adjust this? I guess it would be called adjusting the stroke of the cylinder not sure. Basically I would like the table to lift in height more with each time I pump the petal. Is there a way to do this? Hopefully someone can even understand what I am trying to say. LOL
