My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      The tiles are from American Olean, a company that is quite available in the USA. You might have to order certain patterns of the black and white. There are many cool designs available.

      The grout is grey....different grout companies have different greys. This might be "Delorean Grey". I think you will find it easy to select a grey when you put your tile sample next to grout samples at your local tile showroom. Or possibly your installer has grout samples. Good luck! Kathryn
