i would have gone with more of the green in the lamp and used it for the bedding etc

nice

I like it.

Hi Nicole, Congrats on your bedroom re-deco -- are all these the "After" photos ? Any "Before" photos ?

The first to are after...the two before are before..sorry if
confusing.

I like everything about your bedroom except for the bedding and pillows. They are very old fashioned country floral and the rest of the room/furniture looks more sophisticated. You have too many busy florals with different colors and no unifying look. Also some of the pillows are too small.

If you like the purple bedspread at the foot of the bed, get a set of contrasting pillows (large squares), then 3 purple pillows in the same general color family of different patterns and/or textures and smaller than the two larger square pillows -one maybe that is longer rectangular?

Try putting your pillows that match your sheets to the back and cover with the pillows that match the comforter at the end of the bed. Tuck the sheet up under the white spread so it doesn't show. The sheets aren't really helping the equation and would be best hidden. The little square pillow stuck at an angle isn't necessary either, it looks a bit fussy. It looks like a matelasse coverlet, you could get couple of large matching shams to pull in more white.
