My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

It's difficult to figure out what this will cost. Can you give me pricing on the solid oak boards?

    Thank you for inquiry for this product. I just have a few questions so I can narrow down your pricing.

    1. Would you prefer American White Oak or European White Oak?
    2. Standard Lengths or Long Lengths? (Standard Lengths: 2-8' .... Long Lengths: 2-10') *$1.50 extra for Long Lengths
    3. Grade? (Character or Prime)
    4. Width? (Options: 5-1/2" to 18") *You can ask for pricing for any or all WIDTHS*
    5. Thickness? (3/4", 5/8", or 1/2")

    Please let me know all of this information at your earliest convenience.

    Also, I want to emphasis that we can tweak any color to your liking by shipping you endless samples.
