So today i was at my local home depot and i noticed this huge steel cylinder in garden department. I looked up and noticed that their water downspout coming off the roof emptied into this cylinder. It looked like they collect their roof run off to water the plants. I found that interesting but could find no mention of this online...i think it would actually make a nice marketing point.

Do any of y'alls HDs have a similar set up?
