Nothing has been installed yet and I don't have samples here at home. I read somewhere don't do white grout, maybe because it doesn't remain white after a while. Guess I really wanted to hear from people who have white backsplashes whether they really love them or hate them.

this is what you got? very peachy to me. what color are your floors?

here it is w/oak cabs and a travertine backsplash. instead of a bright white, go w/an off white tile and a bone color grout.

all the great color choices and you picked this one? what led you to the decision? just curious.

I wanted to go light but am now about to change my mind. The samples in the contractor's showroom are rather small and it's hard to tell what they would look like in a counter. These pictures do look rather peachy and that's not what I want.

if you have a chance to go see the slab, I would advise that, no matter what color you buy. take a look at some of the others they have at the stoneyard as well as looking at the kitchen counters here on Houzz

We need a pic of the space. Those tops would not be my first choice and I def would not put white on the splash with it and your cab color. Maybe look for something much lighter for contrast as your choice appears tan or go to the dark side if your cabs are light enough.

@sharonasault: If your contractor doesn't keep slabs, then he works with a stone yard. Ask him to setup an appointment at the stone yard for you to go view full slabs.
