I don't see the spot either.

It was a complicated project because I am adding a tub to an existing bathroom. There is alot going on, but I needed a tub (medical). I circled the spot. Thx!

I don't see your circled spot, but if it's close to the faucet hole on the right, I doubt you will see it when the faucets are installed. Is that a damaged spot on the tub on the back right? It may be just the angle of the photo, is the slab cut short of the wall on the back right corner ....sorry just observations while looking for the limestone deposit.

If it's the white quarter+ sized spot to the right of the faucet holes, your eye's won't be as drawn to it once the faucets are in, but it's still one of those things where once you see it you'll always see it, heck, I'm not even sure If I am looking at what you speak of yet. So don't be worried about other people noticing it, if you can't live with it. have them redo it, I think it's fine, those little imperfections are what make Natural stone... Natural.

The tub deck looks good to me. That's the nature of marble. If consistency was what you are after, you should go with quartz.

I don't see anything that would bother me, but if it's one of those things that is going to drive you crazy, have them replace it.

I see the spot, but only because you called it out. What is happening is that when you start remodeling, you start to focus in on details that you never would have noticed much or at all if you had been involved in the design. The spot is so minimal that it is nothing to worry about. Go ahead and use the slab and know that your new soaking tub is lovely.

I see the spot, but because you brought it to the attention of the group. Sounds like you will see this spot in your dreams long after the job is complete.

It's not what we think, its what you will always see when you get in the tub.

When put in to this predicament you should have the fabricator recut a new piece and replace...trust me on this
