My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Can this be used under a covered area outside? The description says great addition to any interior or exterior space. Then it's says indoor use only.

    Hello,

I apologize for this. It can be used outdoors and in a covered area especially. There is also a version that has a base and it is used outdoors. This one needs to hang obviously, but we need to re-word that. Thank you! Sincerely, Joe - Plushpod

Hello - What kind of heating element does this use, and does it really help warm a room or is it just for decoration?

    Hi James,

It burns fuel. The chamber is filled up with denatured alcohol or bio-ethenal which are clean burning fuels. It does warm a room and gives off good amount of heat. Sincerely, Joe - Plushpod

We have this in our condo and it is amazing. Its modern design and uniqueness really does function as art as well as a functioning fireplace. We love it! Expensive but worth it.
