Question about stainless stove hoods

I've noticed that some hoods have something hanging down - the three clips or something? Can anyone tell me what they are?

I've seen some that have smaller handles to pull out the baffles/mesh filters for cleaning. But those look too big for that!

My uneducated guess is that they are for utensils.

Thank you! I'm not sure how you get the baffles out without them but I think I prefer them to not be visible.

Never seen them before. I agree that they're to pull out the baffle filters. What brand hood is that? There may be other photos of this hood without those pulls showing - the pulls may tuck away. A user manual, usually available on the manufacturer's website, would describe how they work. I wouldn't think the pulls are for utensils, because of their location.

The hood is Zline but I've seen them on many others. It didn't even occur to me that you might be able to tuck them up out of sight. I need to investigate further.
