After five years, I'm still not a big fan of the "pinkish" brick on my house. I found a home located nearby with painted brick with a similar colonial/New American facade - and I really like it.

Would this work for my house? *pictures below*

Offhand, the biggest differences between my house and the house I'm eyeing:

1) My home has a light brown roof (with a good 10+ years of useful life to go). The other house has a darker roof. (Also, the rooflines are slightly different)

2) My home has large bay windows on the main level. The other house has traditional windows flanking the front door.
